Grazioso Grenache Blanc

The musical term Grazioso means “graceful, smooth, or elegant in style.” Our Grazioso Grenache certainly lives up to its name! It is at once both subtly spicy in character, yet soft, smooth and elegant on the palate, with lovely young apricot and young peach flavors on the tongue. In the nose is a subtle white pepper spice and herbal note. A favorite practice of ours is to ferment our whites in a Nomblo concrete fermentation egg, which increases the mineral characteristics. We follow that with some neutral barrel aging in large puncheon barrels, softening and integrating the flavors. This wine sings … smoothly, gracefully and with a symphony of exotic flavors and aromas.
