2021 Sarabande Chardonnay

The fruit for this wine was selected from several locations in some of the best growing regions in California, predominantly Central Coast, and was lovingly handcrafted into our Sarabande Chardonnay. It shows profound depth, concentration of fruit, balance and mineralité - all characteristics that you would expect from a great chardonnay. It's musical name "Sarabande" is the name of the stately and courtly Spanish dance from the 1700s and seems most fitting for our newest vintage of chardonnay. Pair it with oysters, scallops, white fish, chicken dishes, and creamy pasta dishes. Or...enjoy it all by itself!
