"Deep garnet violet color. Aromas of melted honeycomb, berry pie, and spiced chocolate follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry- to-fruity medium-to-full body with good depth and nice tangy cranberry and orange relish notes. Finished with a firm, powdery tannin fade. Tasty; pair with rib-eye steak. (Tasted on Jan. 25, 2010)
